Right to Use Deadly Force Against Bank Fraud Prevention Staff?

The FBI arrested Michael Chung Tuesday night after he faxed a letter to the bank’s fraud prevention officer in which he invoked his Second Amendment right authorizing “the use of deadly force to protect my interests as a national citizen,” officials said.

“I believe I have a basis to act in that manner,” Chung allegedly stated in the disturbing missive.

I know that we loss prevention and risk management people can be aggravating but this seems to be a bit much. Now if the threat had been against an unyielding merchant account underwriter I could (almost) understand it.
